Paula Patton promotes the new Pepsi NEXT in Los Angeles while wearing Azzedine Alaia Acanthe lace knit dress ($2,980) and Brian Atwood Napa Maniac pumps ($595). The dress features a full skirt with lace details and zip at the side. The dress is sold out but I’ve found a couple alternatives.
